Parish Council meetings are held in the Village Hall on the fourth Monday of each month except August and December.. All members of the public are welcome to attend. The meetings are planned to take place at 7 pm on the following dates:

2026: 26th January, 23rd February, 23rd March, 27th April, 25th May (Annual Parish Council Meeting), 22nd June, 27th July, 28th September, 26th October, 23rd November.
2027: 25th January, 22nd February, 22nd March, 26th April, 24th May (Annual Parish Council Meeting- tbc), 28th June, 26th July, 27th September, 25th October, 22nd November.
Hemingford Abbots is a small village and many of the roads are used by residents for on-street parking, especially in the centre of the village. Please can we request that you use the dedicated Village Hall car park when attending Parish Council meetings.
