The Annual Parish Meeting will be held on Wednesday 20th May 2026 at 7:00 pm in the Hemingford Abbots Village Hall.
The Annual Parish Meeting, held in compliance with the Local Government Act 1972, is an opportunity for any elector of the Parish to raise for discussion and, if appropriate, to vote on any subject they wish that is relevant to the Parish.
Electors are therefore invited to send resolutions or subjects for discussion to the Clerk to the Parish Council on or before Wednesday 20th May for inclusion on the agenda.
